Meet Slang, a Ligature Font in Regular and Outline. Slang is a bold, clean font with a regular and an outline version, loaded with alternate and ligature glyphs. It's a very versatile font that works great in large and small sizes. Slang is perfect for branding projects, home-ware designs, product packaging, magazine headers - or simply as a stylish text overlay to any background image. Uppercase, lowercase, numeral, punctuation and Symbols, Alternate glyphs, Ligature glyphs and has Multi-lingual support. How to access alternate glyphs? To access alternate glyphs in Adobe InDesign or Illustrator, choose Window Type & Tables Glyphs. In Photoshop, choose Window Glyphs. Nyata means clearly visible in Indonesian. The typeface is designed to be clean, unique, and legible. It is a great combination for any display requiring high legibility, such as city’s way finder. Long ascenders help some characters more obvious. You will never confuse wether it is an h or an n. Moreover, I tried to create all the letters are distinguishable. It is like people hate nature with a vengeance - I cannot explain it otherwise. I made this font to take my mind off things. It was loosely based on Futura, a font I really like. Understory was completely made by hand. It comes with some cute upper case swashes and a whole bunch of diacritics. The good thing is: no trees were cut down or burned to make this font; in fact, I donated a nice amount of $ to help save the rainforests!
